This mostly wooded 642 acre property is rugged in areas and has overall elevation changes more than 100 ft.  It has great potential for hunting, grazing, fishing, family recreation, building your dream home or weekend ranch.  There is enough land to do all those things, and more! 

There are several small ponds scattered throughout the property, providing water for livestock and wildlife. The thick cover of oak, mesquite, and cedar provide great cover for whitetail deer and wild hogs, while the diverse habitat also supports turkey and dove.  
Situated on a gravel county road, the property provides frontage and gate access on two sides, which could allow for the property to be split into two parcels by its new owners.  There is approximately 950 feet of road frontage along the NE boundary, with an additional 1500 feet of frontage along the south boundary.  There is a secure gate for entry at each road frontage location. 

Electric service runs across the northern portion of the ranch, and one meter is currently in place, utilized by the hunters who lease the property.  The hunting lease will be terminated upon the sale of the property and the rustic hunters’ cabin may or may not be removed by the hunters.
